1. What we collect

• Account info: your email, password (stored hashed by our auth provider), display name, and profile details like avatar, bio, and location.
• Content: the posts, photos, videos, comments, and reactions you create.
• Usage data: basic logs and technical data needed to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use it

We use your information to run the community: to authenticate you, show your posts and profile to other members, send notifications and account emails, moderate content, and keep the Service secure. We don’t sell your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

We rely on trusted service providers to operate the Service, including Supabase (database and authentication), Mux (video and live streaming), Resend (email), and Vercel (hosting). They process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We may also disclose information if required by law.

4. Other members

Bokeh Bushido is a community, so your display name, profile, and the content you post are visible to other logged-in members. Don’t post anything you wouldn’t want fellow members to see.

5. Data retention

We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete content it’s removed from the Service; when an account is closed we delete or anonymize associated data, except where we need to retain it for legal or security reasons.

6. Your choices

You can edit your profile, delete your posts, and change your password in Settings. To request access to or deletion of your account data, contact us at the email below.

7. Children

The Service is for members 18 and older and is not directed to children. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll note changes by updating the date above.
