Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a current Bokeh Bushido member with a valid member code to create an account. By signing up you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use. One person per account; don’t share your member code outside the membership.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, videos, and text you post. By posting, you grant Bokeh Bushido a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the Service so the community can see it. You’re responsible for having the rights to everything you post.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• post unlawful, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit material, or content that infringes someone else’s rights;
• impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation;
• spam, scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service or its members;
• upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access.

5. Moderation

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community, at our discretion. Members can report content for review.

6. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or are no longer a Bokeh Bushido member.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bokeh Bushido is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the date above.
